Lockdown Yoga on Zoom

Short relaxation sessions to activate and energize

05.11.2020 at 11:00

Thanks to all those who participated in our virtual Lockdown Yoga on Zoom! Our highest participation number was 17 (lowest 7), so it  resonated well in the group! I think we all agree that it was a nice opportunity to "get-together" for an outside-of-the-box activity that is very relevant these days – relaxation, countermovement and stress management with breathing and yoga exercises. Watch for further sessions in the new year!

Short relaxation sessions to activate the body, calm the mind, and nourish the soul. Sessions will help participants to increase concentration and energize as well as learn calming breathing & meditation practices they can use later on. No previous experience required. Our instructor is Dr. Ruth Adam, neuroscientist and yoga trainer.

The last session was on Wednesday; December 2 at 20:30
Duration: 45 min

  • Breathing practice
  • Yoga exercises to stretch & strengthen
  • Meditation

Tune in from anywhere – work or home. You should have comfortable clothes on, and have room to stand stretching up, and if possible stretching on a mat or blanket on the floor. Ruth will prepare exercises that can be done sitting or standing. No registration required.
