Cancer Epigenetics - Principles, Applications and Single-Cell Resolution
The CRC 1064 will be a co-sponsor for this year’s Spetses Summer School (28 August - 3 September 2022) entitled Cancer Epigenetics - Principles, Applications and Single-Cell Resolution. We are really pleased to be a part of this again! Maria Colomé Tatché and Stefan Stricker will be representing the CRC as lecturers. Through our sponsorship we have 4 slots available for IRTG members.
Open to the scientific community, the Spetses Summer School 2022 will cover the topics of chromatin structure, epigenetic regulation, single-cell omics, and disease applications with a particular focus on cancer and leukaemia. See the website with preliminary program and speakers http://intercept-mds.eu/spetses/. Anyone that has been to Spetses before can attest that this is usually an amazing event and learning/networking opportunity.
We are now accepting applications for our IRTG slots. IRTG 1064 members can apply by submitting a short motivational statement (3-5 lines). Deadline for IRTG applications is May 17, 2022. Selections will be made by a CRC board committee based on good representation of the different projects and fair opportunity for IRTG members that have not participated at a Spetses summer scholl before.
Anyone who is not selected for one of these 4 slots still has the option of applying directly until June 1 (applicants applying for IRTG slots should not apply in parallel on the Spetses website!)
