Stress Release with Breathing Techniques

Short relaxation sessions to activate and energize and learn to deal with stress effectively and on-the-spot

Ruth Adam is back by popular demand!

In this workshop, distributed over 6 x 30 min Zoom sessions , you will learn how to relax on the spot and observe your own progress.

From March 23 - April 27 (6 weeks), Tuesday evenings from 20.30 - 21.00 (30 min)

  • Each meeting will start with a few gentle stretches to awaken your body and release tension.
  • The first 3 sessions will be devoted to breathing exercises, teaching you to observe your own breath and learn to breathe deeper.
  • The last 3 sessions will be focused on meditation, in those sessions you will observe your mind and learn to quieten it.
  • During the workshop you will keep a journal in which you privately describe your stress levels and the influence of the practice.

Tune in from anywhere. You should have comfortable clothes on and have room for stretching and sitting comfortably.
